This is a triplex penthouse spread across the 15th, 16th, and 17th floors of a residential building in the heart of Ipanema — 2.5 blocks from Posto 9 beach. The building is surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafés, grocery stores, gyms, pharmacies, bakeries, and metro access.
The apartment receives excellent natural light and airflow. The 15th floor features a beach-facing balcony with direct sightlines to the ocean and islands. The 16th floor rooftop terrace was completely remodeled by a Brazilian designer architect and includes a custom heated pool, glass railings, and a gourmet outdoor kitchen.
Access between floors is via an interior spiral staircase. Guests with large luggage or limited mobility should be aware that the staircase is narrow and winding. Spiral Staircase
The interior staircase connecting floors 15, 16, and 17 is a narrow spiral design. Guests with large luggage or limited mobility should plan accordingly. There is an elevator to the 15th floor, but the staircase is required to reach the rooftop terrace and observation lounge.

Pool Maintenance
A pool cleaner visits once per week for approximately 30 minutes and accesses only the rooftop. Ryan will coordinate the day and time with you in advance so it never interrupts your stay.

Neighboring Construction
The building directly adjacent is currently undergoing renovation during standard workday hours. You may hear construction sounds during the day. No workers are present on weekends or evenings. Ryan plans to install a privacy wall once their work is complete.
